1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website ummehabibapsychology.com, or booking a service through it, including the free 15-minute intro call, an in-clinic or online consultation, an autism or ADHD assessment, ABA therapy, child behavioural therapy, anxiety counselling, learning difficulties support, parent counselling, family therapy, or psychological assessment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the booking forms or services on this site.

2. Who Can Book

Our clients are children and adolescents. Bookings, forms, and consent must be made by a parent or legal guardian on the child’s behalf. By submitting a booking or contact form, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.

3. Our Services

We provide clinical psychology assessment and therapy services, available in-clinic in Lahore and online (by video) for families across Pakistan and internationally, including overseas Pakistani families in the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, Canada, and Australia. The typical process is: a free 15-minute intro call, a first consultation to gather developmental history, structured assessment where relevant, a written report, and a feedback session with a practical plan. Sessions are available in Urdu and English.

4. Not an Emergency Service

This website and our services are not an emergency or crisis service. If your child is in immediate danger, or you are facing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately, rather than using this website or waiting for a scheduled session.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every child is different, and while our methods are evidence-based, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, diagnosis, or timeline for any assessment or therapy. Testimonials published on this site describe individual clients’ real experiences and are not a promise of similar results for every child.

6. Appointments, Fees, and Cancellations

Session fees are confirmed at the time of booking or during your intro call. We ask for at least 6 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment;Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the fee. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer, cash at clinic, or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

7. Online Sessions

Online consultations are conducted via Zoom or google meet or whatsapp video call. You’re responsible for having a reasonably private, quiet space and a stable internet connection for your session. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, connection, or the video platform’s own outages.

8. Confidentiality

Clinical confidentiality is described in full in our Privacy Policy, including the limited circumstances (such as risk of harm) where we may be required to share information without your consent.

9. Website Content Is Not a Substitute for Consultation

Articles, FAQs, and other content published on this site (including our Articles/blog section) are provided for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a therapist-client relationship, and should not be used as a substitute for an actual consultation with a qualified professional about your own child.
